If there’s one thing Disney has learned from Hollywood’s recent track record it’s that we love prequels and we long to remember the good old days around the turn of the century. Thus, Disney and Pixar have teamed up once again to bring you Monsters University, the prequel to Monsters Inc. Not only that, but they are bringing it to you an exact year from today (okay, tomorrow) and have decided to show you an early teaser of what’s to come. Think of it as a bit of Animal House but with Monsters. You know the bit of Animal House when they’re not drinking, smoking, swearing, or trying to have sex. If that’s the case, this is going to be a short movie.
I never thought about sneaking into another student’s room and gluing anything on them. Way to go Disney and Pixar. You’re creating a whole new generation of college delinquents. Monsters University comes out on June 21, 2013.
