Thor saves a small town from the new Reds.
Hey, remember that list of remakes that don’t need to be made. You know, the one with Total Recall on it. Well, the much delayed and altered Red Dawn remake looks to finally be getting released later this year. What was once the Russians and then the Chinese are now the North Koreans. Check out the first poster below, complete with Chris Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson.
Hemsworth will be playing Patrick Swayze’s role, Hutcherson will be taking onC. Thomas Howell’s role, and Josh Peck will be Charlie Sheen. We should be able to see everyone in action soon since there’s a rumor going around of a trailer, but until then just go watch the 1984 version with a sticker of Thor on your screen over Swayze’s face. Red Dawn comes back to theaters on November 21.
